Thanksgiving Day 2023: New support community launched!

We've just launched this community for sales and support questions/discussions for our clients and prospective new ones.

We've just installed this today, Thanksgiving 2023. Once we have things better configured I'll be encouraging client to use this website before announcing/linking to this on our primary website.

And by the way, we're not going to link to our billing system clients' accounts for a couple reasons:

We hope to migrate our billing system to new software sometime in 2024.
This community will allow anyone to register an account for asking questions and requesting support assistance.

We hope this will become a great way to meet other MediaServe clients and receive assistance from both MediaServe and users.
